Great location right off highway, quite a few good restaurants and stores surrounding the hotel and was within a 15 min. Ride of all the things we wanted to do! The hotel was clean and the price was great for the night and especially the breakfast! Breakfast was incredible!! They had waffles, toast, English muffins, eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, and fruits- coffee, tea, juice- you name it- it was outstanding!! Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful with check-in and helping to fix our TV that didn’t work at first! It will be our new hotel to stay in when we visit the area!

The staff made our stay amazing ! Everyone was so friendly. Especially the woman who worked the night we checked in on 8/3. She was so friendly , helpful and funny! We were always greeted with a smile. The location was perfect. So sad to see the outlets are no longer there but a few stores but the location was perfect at it was close to everything . The breakfast was fantastic , coffee was so good ( which is hard to come by at a hotel). The room was clean, convenient, loved how there was a door leading to the pool from our room as my children love the pool.

The Comfort Inn at Rockvale had everything that we were looking for. The staff was personable, the room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Our room was not very fancy, but the air conditioning worked wonderfully and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that I did not want to get up. This is the first motel out of many that was pure sleeping heaven. We have stayed in lots of hotels in Lancaster and this one was our favorite. We will be back again.

Room was clean. Bed was a little soft for me, but that's a personal preference. Location was perfect, right in the middle of all the attactions we were in town to see. Breakfast was good and actually tasted good. Checking in and out was easy. We had to add an additional night to our stay and arrive one day early. One phone call to the property the night before we arrived and it was taken care of in less than five minutes. Staff was very friendly.

Royal

The location was fantastic! Close to many restaurants, shops, sights and sound theater was 6 min drive, and kitchen kettle village 12 min drive. Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, ect. I did enjoy making my own waffle using the banana bread mix it was delicious 😋 the room was large and the bed was comfortable.
